Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the cannabutter, unsalted butter, and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  4. Roll the dough into balls, place them on the baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool, then decorate with icing, sprinkles, or edible glitter for a festive touch.
