CHILLED CANNABIS FRUIT SALSA WITH CINNAMON SUGAR CHIPS

This bright, juicy fruit salsa is the ultimate refreshing summer snack, with a twist. Add a cannabis tincture or microdosed beverage enhancer to turn this already irresistible dish into an elevated edible experience. Perfect for picnics, BBQs, or mid-afternoon munchies.

For the Fruit Salsa:

  • 1 cup finely diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced watermelon
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • 1 tsp agave or honey (optional)
  • Infusion: 1 dropper of cannabis tincture or low-dose liquid enhancer (adjust to desired strength)

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


Instructions

1. Make the Chips:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Brush tortillas with melted butter/oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Cut into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until crispy and golden. Let cool.

2. Make the Salsa:

  • In a bowl, gently mix all the chopped fruit.
  • Add lime juice and sweetener, then stir to combine.
  • Add your cannabis tincture or enhancer and mix thoroughly.

3. Chill & Serve:

  • Cover the salsa and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve with your crispy cinnamon chips and enjoy the fireworks (safely).
