We are thrilled to share the news about our latest milestone – the grand opening of Ivy Hall Logan Square! We officially opened our doors on January 19th, 2024 at 3115 W. Armitage Ave., Chicago, IL 60647, and celebrated this special occasion with a grand opening party and ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 23rd.
A Warm Welcome
The event was graciously hosted by Alderperson Fuentes, the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce, and Ivy Hall’s leadership team. We were honored to have such esteemed guests join us for this momentous occasion, reflecting our deep-rooted commitment to the community we serve.
This gathering was more than just a celebration; it marked the arrival of Logan Square and Humboldt Park’s third dispensary, and one of the first recreational cannabis dispensaries to receive a social equity license from the state.
Celebrating Community and Cannabis
Our grand opening was not just a celebration of our new dispensary, but also a celebration of the evolving cannabis landscape in Logan Square and greater Chicago. It was a day filled with excitement, learning, and community connection.
Guests had the opportunity to tour our state-of-the-art facility, meet our knowledgeable team, learn about our diverse range of cannabis products, and understand our mission to de-stigmatize cannabis use. The event truly embodied our vision of being more than just a dispensary—it’s a place where community members can learn, explore, and feel welcomed.
A New Chapter in an Old Location
The new dispensary breathes new life into a former laundromat, transformed into a state-of-the-art facility after extensive remodeling. The opening followed a successful state inspection and the completion of interior renovations earlier this month.

The Logan Square dispensary has on-site security and 24-hour surveillance, along with other safety measures required under state law. We are committed to ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our customers.

In line with our other locations, Ivy Hall Logan Square continues our commitment to social equity and inclusivity in the cannabis industry. Our majority ownership by African Americans and veterans is just one way we’re working towards this goal.

Alderperson Fuentes highlighted that the new store represents more than just another business opening. “This isn’t just about a new storefront; it’s about investing in our local economy, stimulating business corridors, hiring local and destigmatizing cannabis use,” Fuentes said in a social media post.
